Q: What is the main reason for joining the IRI Shopper Panel and what do you like best about being a member?
A: Incentive to give my opinion on surveys that may help others make a decision, saving points for great prizes and it’s fun to scan groceries

Q: What do you like most about IRI Shopper Panel?
A: Customer service is great and always answered my emails within a couple of hours or on Facebook within a reasonable time. Love the competitions they are great and keep my mind active

Q: What advice would you give to other members in terms of scanning, transmitting, or any other aspect of panel membership?
A: Scan whenever you have purchased when you get home that way you don’t forget to scan for the week.

Q: What was the last gift that you redeemed from our gift shop?
A: 3 x $100 Visa cards that went towards my new canon digital camera (pictured)

Q: What is the weirdest or funniest thing that ever happened to you whilst shopping?
A: only that I have said “sorry “to some mannequins I’ve bumped into at target,trying to find my then 3 year old in Kmart who thought it was hilarious to hide amongst the clothes from me.

If you scanner is beeping, it is trying to connect o to us. Place it back in the cradle so it can connect.

Lost your barcode booklet?

If you misplaced you barcode booklet, you download and print a copy here

Your points are awarded weekly

300 Points get awarded at the end of the week you scan. For example, If you scan on a Tuesday and then again on the Thursday, you will receive your points on the weekend of that week.

Buying produce or takeout without barcodes?

You can record all household purchases without barcodes using Scan n Go app “no barcode” feature. We have multiple categories to record your no barcode items such as  fruits and veg, bakery, meal kits (e.g. Hello fresh),  loose bulk items, butcher meats, takeaway, draft drinks and cocktails, and even petrol.
